Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the apps published by Swiftian (“we,” “us”). We keep things simple: our apps are built to work without accounts, and we do not collect, sell, or share personal information for advertising.

What we collect

Our apps work without you giving us your name, email, or any personal details. We don’t maintain our own user accounts or tracking servers.

Usage counts & feedback

Some apps send anonymous usage counts (which features were used, which purchase was made, tagged with a random identifier that isn’t linked to you) and, if you choose to write to us, your in-app feedback so we can reply. Crash and hang reports come to us through Apple’s MetricKit, only if you share analytics with developers in your device settings, and carry no identifier. Where an app uses Apple’s iCloud / CloudKit, it is handled according to Apple’s Privacy Policy, and we can’t see your Apple ID.

Speech, listening & AI features

Chinese Pronunciation and English Accents can listen to you. A speaking test is checked with Apple’s speech recognition, which, depending on the device, may process the audio on Apple’s servers under Apple’s privacy policy; we never receive or keep your recordings, and the tone curve of “Say it” is drawn on the device. Sentences you listen to are spoken by our text-to-speech service (hosted on Google Cloud) from the sentence text alone and cached on your device. If you use the AI Studio, the goal you type — together with a few facts the app keeps on the device, such as your recent goals, the tone pairs you miss and your best test score — is sent through our Cloudflare Worker to Anthropic’s Claude to write a short passage. Neither we nor those processors keep it; our usage counts record only a topic category, never the text.

No public sharing

Pythoneer, Spriteer and iFlipbook no longer have public galleries, feeds, or usernames. Anything you shared before can be removed in each app’s Settings, or contact us and we’ll remove it. App-specific details: Pythoneer & Spriteer · iFlipbook.

Third-party services

Apps distributed through the App Store rely on Apple for delivery, payments, and basic, aggregated analytics. We don’t embed third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.

Children

Our apps are made for everyone and do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as our apps evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
